All wedding packages include:

Wedding Half Day

MONDAY - THURSDAY $1,200 | FRIDAY $1,700

A half day wedding booking includes everything outlined above along with:

  • 6 Hours Access to The White House + Black Barn & West Lawn

  • 1 hour rehearsal offered on Wednesday the week of Wedding date.

Wedding Full Day

MONDAY - THURSDAY $2,600 | FRIDAY $3,400

SATURDAY $4,000 | SUNDAY $3,200

A half day wedding booking includes everything outlined above along with:

  • 12 Hours Access to The White House + Black Barn & West Lawn

  • 1 hour rehearsal offered on Wednesday or Thursday the week of Wedding date.

Wedding Weekend

Friday 12pm-Sunday 12pm | $6000

Full access wedding booking includes everything outlined above along with:

  • Unlimited Access to The White House + Black Barn & West Lawn

  • 1 hour rehearsal offered on any weeknight the week of Wedding date.

Add-ons Available

The Event Center Monday - Sunday $175 per hour, 3 hour minimum 

The White House + Black Barn & West Lawn - Additional Hour(s) - $250 per hour

Photography Session Rental - $80 per hour for photography session rental of Venue

Purchase additional tables and chairs as needed, along with other add-ons after selecting your package option at checkout.

Elopements & Micro-weddings

]Elope in Vegas-inspired style at one of our properties instead. Our elopement package includes:

  • 1 hour access to the venue of your choice: White House, Black Barn, Event Center

  • Allowed up to 10 Guests

  • Add-ons available: Elvis or Traditional Officiants, Photography, Extra Guests, Hair and Makeup

Elopements: Monday-Thursday | $250 per hour with 1 hour minimum

Micro-weddings: Friday $750 | Saturday $1000 | Sunday $900
