This gorgeous space has a traditional dining room, full service kitchen with a double oven gas stove and bar, a stunning bathroom and a poised and presidential sitting room that will make every guest feel like a Dignitary.

  • The White House can host up to 30 people.

  • Yes! There is a free parking lot right next to the venue and more across the street near The Event Center for easy access.

  • Mondays through Thursdays require a 2-hour minimum for events. Fridays through Sundays require a 3-hour minimum.

  • Beer and wine are the only permitted alcohols allowed in the The White House. If you desire other alcohols you must provide a bartender, security, and obtain event insurance.

  • No, none of these items are permitted inside any of our venues.

    No confetti, no glitter, no open flames, no glass, and no feather boas.

  • Pricing for The White House starts at $500 for the first 3 hours and goes up $150 an hour for each additional hour.

  • To receive Full Reimbursement (minus the $50 booking fee, which is non-refundable) you MUST CONTACT us with a FULL 60-day notice. To receive a Half Reimbursement (minus the $50 booking fee, which is non-refundable) you MUST CONTACT us with a FULL 30-day notice. Anything less than a 30-day notice will result in NO reimbursement. Weddings, Micro-Weddings, and Elopements are non-refundable.
