Standard Event Pricing
The following pricing applies to events like: Rehearsal Dinners, Bridal Showers, Graduation Parties, Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Retirement Parties, Quinceaneras, etc. and does not include weddings. All venues are required to meet these hourly minimums: Monday-Thursday (2 hour minimums) and Friday-Sunday (3 hour minimums).

The Black Barn | $175 per hour
The White House + The Black Barn | $250 per hour
Photography Session | $80 Per Hour at a Venue
Tables & chairs for The Black Barn and West Lawn are NOT included in Standard Event rate, but can be rented. Clean up service available for a fee.

Black Barn
The Black Barn is an open floor plan with 1500 square feet of vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams and gorgeous chandeliers. The minimalist, yet classic decor allows you to transform this space into limitless themes and activities.
